Old Town, Albuquerque’s ancestral center, is filled with Mexican restaurants, one improved than a next. We wandered from one to a other, with names like Cocina Azul and Backstreet Grill. Try a travel tacos and a brisket tacos during those places, respectively. And if they ask either we wish red or immature sauce, tell them “Christmas,” that is a mix of both. (Warning: They are not cool, like a season.)
