Denmark’s eminent grill Noma, that owned a tip mark on a list of “The World’s 50 Best” for years, has non-stop a proxy outpost in Mexico. 

Head chef René Redzepi is know for his adore of foraging. He closed a categorical Noma restaurant in Copenhagen in Feb 2017 and announced skeleton to re-open it as an civic farm after in a year. Noma had warranted dual stars in a prestigious Michelin guide.
